General Information • Purchase Orders: Orders received without pricing will be charged at current catalogue prices. • Repeat Orders: Screen re setup charge $30(V) • Changes to Orders: All changes to order must be confirmed in writing prior to production. Verbal order changes are not accepted. • Blank Goods: EQP - 10% for all quantities above first column quantity. • PMS Color Match: We will make every effort to match PMS colors when specified. Exact color match is not guaranteed. • Rush Orders: 1-3 business days - $125(V) 4-5 business days - $93.75(V) • Packing: Items are packed in bulk. Individually poly-bagged will add $0.31(v) per piece. • Drop shipment: First location is free. $10(V) for every additional location • Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship under or over by 5% and bill accordingly. In case of an under run of 5% or less, factory reserves the right not to print the remaining balance. • Shipping Method: F.O.B. New Jersey. Cosmos Exports reserves the right to determine the best shipping method available unless specified by the customer. All freight charges will be billed to the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer when goods are delivered to the carrier, whether the customer selects the carrier. • Handling charges: A handling fee of $17.5(V) will be charged on every order shipped on 3rd party accounts. • Acceptance: The customer should inspect the goods immediately upon arrival. Claim will only be accepted within 15 days of their arrival. If customer fails to give such written notice, the goods shall be deemed to accept and bound to pay for goods in accordance with terms in the contract. The customer expressly waives any rights the customer may have to revoke acceptance after such 15 days period. • Cancellation: All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be accepted only if the merchandise has not been decorated. All cancellations must be received in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Orders cancelled during production will be charged at the cost of material and labor extended to date including shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancellations. • Disclaimer: Due to manufacturing tolerance, all dimensions have acceptable variance of ½”. Due to circumstances beyond our control, Cosmos Exports cannot guarantee continuity of exact shade, color, size, weight, texture, colorfastness or construction of finished goods.
